TELC / LCCI IQ / Trinity

TELC

In November 2005 Demostenes gained the status of Examination Centre for TELC - The European Language Certificates.

We thus belong to a group of elite schools granted a licence to conduct international language examinations recognised and popular in the European Union. As a result, our students have the opportunity to obtain TELC certificates, allowing them to begin careers within the EU.

The European Languages Certificates is a system of examinations created on the basis of a wider programme, the Common European Framework of Reference of the Council of Europe. TELC was drawn up and is managed by the nonprofit organisation WBT, a member of the Association of European Organisations and thus capable of issuing certificates recognised internationally. TELC encompasses various levels of language ability and places emphasis on the ability to communicate, not grammatical knowledge.

TELC examinations at levels B1 and B2 are also officially recognised by Polish central government (Journal of Laws No. 96 of 29 May 2003) and by both public and commercial institutions, including the Chamber of Commerce.

LCCI IQ

In 2004 Demostenes became a licensed Examination Centre for LCCI IQ - The London Chamber of Commerce and Industry International Qualifications.

LCCI IQ certificates are so-called 'passports to employment' in that they are a valuable supplement for professional qualifications and honoured in over 80 countries around the world, often forming one of the fundamental requirements in the recruitment process.

The London Chamber of Commerce and Industry offers in excess of 60 different qualifications in Business English, Information Technology, Languages for Business and Management & Business. Below we present a list of the most important examinations.
