About Demostenes
Demostenes Language Centre opened its doors in 1991 under the auspices of a licence granted by the Ministry of Polish Education.

In our approach and methods, we aim to meet the needs and exceed the expectations of our students.
Classes provided by Demostenes are conducted by both Polish teachers and by native speakers of the language being taught. Our Polish teachers have a degree in a foreign language and pedagogical training; our native speakers from Great Britain or other English-speaking countries, as well as those from Germany, Spain and elsewhere, have also been trained in methodology.
At Demostenes we make use of a range of audio-visual materials as well as books from the major publishers: Oxford University Press, Cambridge, Heuber, Heinemann, Klett, CLE International, Nueva Edición, and others; all materials are carefully selected for their suitability. In addition, our teachers bring their own authentic teaching materials into the classroom. Demostenes also offers Self-Access Study and multimedia facilities.
