Welcome to the learning English page.
The English language is one of the most popular in the world. As speakers of English we can communicate almost anywhere, while curiosity and desire to travel are an encouragement for everyone to learn. In addition, English is a language of Brussels, chief centre for the institutions of the European Union. For these various purposes we offer a diverse range of programmes, allowing selection of the most appropriate for each student – a programme adapted to your needs, abilities and age.

Classes
Classes are conducted in small groups, enabling an individual approach to be taken to each student. These groups are formed on the basis of language ability and age, with ability determined by a placement test and conversation with a teacher. At intermediate level and higher, lessons are taken in turn by two teachers, a native speaker of the target language and a Polish teacher. Students enjoy the benefit of audio-visual aids, whether recordings, wall charts, games or the like, and are also able to make use of the Internet and computer programs.
After hours
All of our students may take advantage of FREE individual consultations, computer classes, film screenings in the original and our lending library of books and magazines.
Students gain access to our multimedia room, which houses computer equipment, a television, a VCR, a DVD player and a radio and cassette and CD player. We also have at our disposal a multimedia projector for group activities. Besides Internet access, we are able to offer a dozen or more satellite television channels and radio stations in a variety of languages.
Coursebooks
During lessons we make use of coursebooks from reputable publishing houses such as Oxford University Press, as well as our own materials drawn up by teachers utilising sources of contemporary language use, whether the Internet, the press or television. In use too are board games, pictures and source materials, for instance underground maps, guides and public transport timetables. In addition, every classroom is equipped with educational wall charts, maps and other teaching aids for greater convenience during lessons.
