Language teaching levels

We provide English language courses for children, teenagers and adults at six levels of ability, each of them one year in length. General and exam preparation programmes are offered.

Language teaching levels (according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages)

• A1 (Elementary)
• A2 (Pre-intermediate)
• B1 (Intermediate)
• B2 (First Certificate - FCE)
• C1 (Advanced - CAE)
• C2 (Proficiency - CPE)

For the youngest children, in the six to nine age group, we offer courses at three levels of ability with a course intensity of two 50-minute meetings per week. These levels are:

• elementary
• midway
• intermediate

Courses for children are led by staff specialising in this type of teaching. They demonstrate a tremendous creativity and flexibility and make use of diverse teaching aids such as jigsaw puzzles, building blocks, pictures and puppets.
